What you can do to help us
  • the starting time on your booking/reservation is the time when your actual experioence is going to start
  • Plan ahead. Make sure you have pre-booked online if you would like to join a tour/experience.
  • We ask that all visitors help us by observing physical distancing guidelines. Please maintain a two metre distance between our staff and other visitors.
  • Wash your hands for 20 seconds after using the facilities and use the hand sanitiser dispensers at every opportunity.
  • Please do not expect all facilities to be open nor all services to be available immediately. Like many places, we have a phased approach to re-opening while we work to make them safe.
  • Our distillery is in a wonderful part of the world. Please treat them with respect. Take your rubbish home with you and maintain social distancing at all times.
